I’m glad I had fathay as my chosen mechanic , from the very start when doing diagnostic he was polite when turning up , also talking me through the problems and what work would be required . And then when he came back to carry out the work , being polite , hard working and again good communication skills , explaining the things I didn’t know about parts and giving me advice on my next steps . Definitely be requesting fathay to come back do any future work .
