Tristan responded quickly to my request for an MOT and full service and scheduled the MOT for the next available date. He collected the car on the alloted date, took it for the MOT and then serviced it - including rectifying a small problem highlighted in the MOT (checking with me first about the extra cost) - and delivered the car back that evening. I am very pleased, and would recommend Tristan without reservation.
