Excellent communication, punctual arrival, and the MOT collection/delivery service is extremely convenient for me. I am satisfied with the service provided.

Overall, it wasn’t the easiest of experiences.
- they arrived and delivered the car later than agreed
- they failed my MOT on an issue with a tyre, when Halfords said it’d pass, which makes you feel like they looked for somewhere to fail me
- they gave me an advisory for having a car seat in the car basically … but not one had anyone asked me to remove it
- I obviously said yes to the new tyre, as I wouldn’t have been able to drive the car, but they didn’t tell me anything about the tyre e.g. which tyre they put on
- I also didn’t love that it was also a whole day thing, where I’ve had other service/MOTs where I drove away in a couple of hours….

Umer was communicative, prompt and professional. This was by far the easiest MOT experience I’ve had, I’d recommend this garage and his services to anyone in the Croydon area. My car also came back sparkling clean inside and out which I wasn’t expecting!

Turned up the time they said kept me informed during the day and dropped it of couldn't be happier would highly recommend

Friendly yes. Turned up on time. However, was told Mot and Service was completed when I phoned in the afternoon and that I would have my car back within an hour or so! Not the case. After many phone calls, finally got a reply and car returned to me after 18:15. On switching it on - a warning single popped up ‘oil change needed’!
Had to call them out to turn it off!

Late to collect and deliver my car making me late for work, no updates given, had to chase up to ask where my car was & then got hung up on before I could ask my next question. I've been overcharged and had no reply to resolve the issue. Do not recommend

The actual mechanic was on holiday and his brother turned up to collect the car
