Did not turn up and claimed I cancelled the booking which I had not. Even raised an invoice for £20 cancellation! Hopefully this has now been sorted and the mechanic is due to do the work on Friday 27 December. Based on this experience, I have rated 0 out of 10 but hopefully when the work is completed I can score more highly.

Malcom arrived within the timeframe and was straight to work. Informed me of the situation after a period of time that a sensor needed replacing which unfortunately he couldn’t do. Gave me the information of what sensor it was so I can get it into a garage with the knowledge of the issue narrowed down.

Malcolm arrived on time and communicated well, he did a full service and replaced a bulb. Would definitely recommend and we would definitely use Malcolm again. Really pleased to have found clickmechanic.

Malcom was amazing, he was punctual, he explained what he would be doing, he kept me informed throughout the day.
