Did not turn up and claimed I cancelled the booking which I had not. Even raised an invoice for £20 cancellation! Hopefully this has now been sorted and the mechanic is due to do the work on Friday 27 December. Based on this experience, I have rated 0 out of 10 but hopefully when the work is completed I can score more highly.

Malcom arrived within the timeframe and was straight to work. Informed me of the situation after a period of time that a sensor needed replacing which unfortunately he couldn’t do. Gave me the information of what sensor it was so I can get it into a garage with the knowledge of the issue narrowed down.
