Kul is very professional and carried out the work efficiently. He took a readout from the car's diagnostic terminal to confirm what I thought might be the problem. He then explained each step of the repair and made sure I understood them. The car was fixed within the time allocated.

Kul was a very friendly and professional chap.
Shortly after booking he sent me a courteous message confirming he had collected the part required. The following day he sent me another message confirming an ETA and was within 5 minutes of that.
Left him to it and job was done in no time.
This is my first time using this service and I can be a bit of a worrier and just felt his level of communication from accepting the job was clear and honoured from start to finish. Would highly recommend him.

Kul is an excellent mechanic, he's very informative and was very good at keeping me up to date leading up to the job. I've yet to drive the car fully since his work was completed, but he was very thorough and took photos of the areas that could do with some attention in the foreseeable future.
