Vauxhall Astra Spark plugs replacement

The mechanic has not done the work properly, and caused about £1000 worth of damage.
Spark plugs are supposed to be screwed in finger tight. But he used a wrench and sheared the screw threads.
Now the only way to remove them is take the engine apart and drill them out.
I will not be using click mechanic again.

Hi I appologise for any inconvenience but that was not my first time working in car or replacing spark plugs i always use a professional snap on torque wrench and I set my wrench at 15 NM which is the required torque for your car spark plugs please don,t be fool by local machanics thanks

Another life example of ‘you get what you pay for’
Muhammad arrive after the 2 hour scheduled window, but was apologetic and very polite. He made slow progress of the work (rear disc & pad change) leaving me unconvinced by his level of experience. He also left the job uncompleted having broken the brake sensor, whilst trying to work out how it was fitted. He did not carry a spare. The dash board now displays a warning light stating brake pads low! I’ve had to buy a new sensor which I’ve been left to fit myself. Very unimpressed!
The total bill was approx. £45 cheaper than the original quote, so very competitive, but have yet to receive a refund for the balance.
The principle of Click Mechanic is great, but in reality, the service has left me feeling as though I should have taken the work to my trusted local garage. Which is where I will return next time.

Hi Andy smith i hope you are good well I am really sorry about the broken sensor i don,t know how that happen at that day i forgot my diagnostic tool in other Vehicle cause I was in rush to come to you and your car has electronic parking break it,s mean the piston need to go back by diagnostic machine which i was forgot in another car in rush then there was a way to do that manually so i did it at that way that,s why it,s took me a bit long and i accept everything you said and can refund the break sensor damage cost thanks
