Alexandar is a very nice bloke. Got on with the job and no nonsense! He managed to diagnose the problem and guided me on the best way forward. He couldn’t source the part needed there and then, but I didn’t expect him to as my older Jaguar is notoriously hard to get parts for readily. I now know what the problem is and know how to remedy it. Job done! Positive outcome. I highly recommend him.
P.S. He sourced the problem in 20 minutes. The AA spent an hour and were mystified…
