I booked a full service and MOT with Lee while working from home, he arrived at the agreed time and by the time I reached my car, he was already setting up for the service. He listened to my comments on recent DIY services & repairs and took them in stride as he serviced the car and I returned to work.

After my MOT, he showed all the parts he'd replaced and gave great advice on the advisories, DIY servicing and even some non-critical repairs I'd been contemplating. Overall he was really friendly, communicative and genuine.
