Lee was professional and friendly. He phoned to let me know his arrival time. He confirmed the work to be done and got on with it. He communicated well and would use him again in the future.

I was charged an extra £20 for early booking but the booking was later than the specified early booking dates. I do not know who is responsible for this but I expect to be refunded.
