Horrible experience, the work carried out (timing belt) had to done again resulting in costing us a further £1000. Clickmechanic has admitted the mechanic is at fault and "advised a refund, to which then we've been given the absolute runaround. Only due to the mechanics that had to rectify the errors, not putting a milage on the invoice, is causing further run around tatics, Clickmechanic has stepped in with ..I quote "In terms of mileage, a mechanic should uphold their warranty for either 12,000 miles or 12 months - whichever comes first. However, bearing in mind this repair was carried out fairly recently, this criteria would not be relevant. "
