Connor attended my address on a Saturday afternoon to replace my starter motor.
I booked the job on Thursday night, and he got in touch on Friday to introduce himself and confirm the time slot in which he would arrive.
He reassured me that the issue I was having, and repair I had requested sounded like they matched up, and the job was straightforward.

Connor let me know on the day when he was on his way, and was courteous and professional on arrival .
He was able to complete the repair within the anticipated time, and advised me to get in touch if there were any further issues with that job (which there weren't), and inwas able to get on with my Saturday!.

Connor was really good. He replaced my alternator in the time I was told to expect the work go be done.

He only carried out work, and charged me less than initial quote that he deemed necessary. (I requested tracking also), but he assured me after test driving it all is fine.
