Yasika called 30mins prior to arrival. He was happy to answer any questions i had and completed the Service in about an hour. Great job on a very cold morning.

Came towards start of slot which was really useful and work was carried out quickly and to a high standard. Would definitely use again. Very convenient.

Yasika was friendly and helpful on the call. However, I was surprised and disappointed that my premium inspection - which the website typically takes 2-3 hours - took about 15 minutes plus a 10 minute test drive! Yasika messaged before the inspection to say he would be arriving nearly two hours before the booked slot which wasn’t straightforward for myself nor the seller. When I queried afterwards how the inspection had been so quick, Yasika’s responses became rude. He said the length of the road test and some photos were in the report, but neither were.
