He came late appointment was 1300 to 1700 he arrived at 1820 without the parts needed for my repairs (5 hours work) and made another appointment for the following Friday we could not wait this long also l was charged 40 pounds when your website says cancellation within 24 or 48 hours not happy with your service at all .

Hi apologies for your experience however I updated you all the way on time off arrival and you were happy for me to come. Also your job was brake pipes ie the copper ones after inspection and also trying to undo your brake pipes from your flexi pipes were impossible to undo due to rust so you needed flexi pipes also which is the part I didn't need I had all other parts with me to do the job. Also the reason it was moved to Friday was explained to you to give me chance to get the parts needed also fee was charged because I came out to you apologies once again
