Great communication from mechanic, Ian. Picked up car at 8am prompt. Returned car mid afternoon. I would definitely use this garage again as they provide free pick up and return service. I had a cambelt and waterpump replacement on a Fiat 1.2 dynamic.

Unhappy, as further issues occurred which appear to be related to the work done. Costing twice the amount of the original work.

If you wasnt happy with the work you should have brought it back too us for any issues to be rectified. If we had any issues we would always sort it unless there was a problem with the vehicle. Sometimes cars have issues further to whats initially required for example on ford ka like yours the pipes have issues on a aluminium joint which corrodes (electrolysis) causing leaks when doing the clutch we resolved this issue by trying to save you the customer money by replacing the joint using push fit joint repair as the pipe from ford included the clutch master cylinder thus making the job expensive so we did this for your benifit. Sorry you feel this way however we tried to help you out and unfortunately we cant please everybody. Read more
