No work carried out as it was a pre-purchase inspection but Dan provided a good service and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again

Dan was helpful friendly. And happy with the new cambelt water pump. He done on my vw transporter.

I have already left a review about the job you did for me on Thursday 6 March basically sayingI liked the job but what I didn’t like was money being taken from my account before the job was even started .Now you have just advertised a discount on a service and the money wouldn’t leave my account until the job was complete . I can say from first hand experience that is not the case , I don’t know if it was Dan or not that paid himself £721 before he had even got to my house, I feel this was a liberty whether it was him or not . And I felt that the total job coming to more than £1500 with the labour charge of over £800 for what was slightly less than a days work , very expensive. I appreciate their is a lot of kit ,tools involved and I was very pleased with the job , but for the reasons I have just illustrated will not be using you again ,purely on the financial side not the job I was very pleased with that . Dan was great. Very friendly easy going guy. Arrived within the designated time slot. We had a quick chat and then he cracked on with the job. All done within the time frame of 2-3 hours. Dan even took all the old parts with away him to dispose of. Would definitely recommend.

Dan was polite, arrived in the designated time a lot, explained what he was doing and left with confirmation the faults had been cleared , service completed and should be good to go. Took on a short test drive afterwards and lovely to drive. Will go out tomorrow for longer and over the usual 2 ilea before the fault kicked back in but I think that’s a personal issue as everything else I have tried hasn’t worked. Will happily recommend and use again with out any question

Andrew was terrific - communication was thorough and when he arrived he cracked straight on and informed me throughout the work. Would definitely use again.
