Michael and his colleague turned up right when they said they would. Took 10 minutes to listen to the issue I had, my concerns and to clarify that what I had booked would hopefully fix the issue. The guys worked quickly and quietly, got my heater matrix changed within an hour (after being quoted a days work with a local dealership). I would 100% use them again, brilliant, friendly and professional. They took time at the end to explain the issue, what they had done, and what I needed to keep an eye on or look at for. 10/10.

Yes, im overall satisfied with Clickmechanic as have used them before. Michael's report was clear to understand as well as your communication. I was surprised Michael had stated on the report cruise control was not fitted, when in fact when I physically viewed the car it did.
