Bradley sent a text the night before the appointment, he said he was looking to be arriving at 8.30.(depending on traffic) I thought that was a lovely thing to do.
Once he arrived at around the predicted time, he got straight to work looking at the car. He was thorough and when he found the problem, he came to the door and told me what it was and even brought the problem part to show me. He explained how it worked, what the problem was and also how he would fix it. The part he needed could only be found at the main dealers and he went to collect it.
Within an hour, the car was drive able again.
I struggle to leave the house and having the car fixed is always a nightmare for me so being able to have it done this way is a saviour to me. Bradley was amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to tell anyone about him.
His professional and friendly manner is second to none and I'm honestly grateful for the excellent service he provided.
Definitely will be calling on him again.
