Jonathan was 5star! I received constant updates on my order through to an ETA on the day from Jonathan directly, he explained the process of the service on my car and ETA to finish, then with pictures to confirm completion which were also sent on invoice, he also provided helpful advice for self-care on my car to keep the aircon running in top shape! Will be using Clickmechanic again!

Jonathan did such an amazing job. Such a a thorough inspection and detailed report. Literally sent me 168 photos of every part of the vehicle. Very detailed descriptions. He figured out the car was resprayed when the owner himself didn't know. 10/10 would recommend the service purely based on my experience with Jonathan

Friendly and polite guy but once you pin point a trouble and he says he can not sort it out despite he was called in for exact job to be done and going to a reputable garage afterwards who’s had it sorted in an hour makes me think is it just a turn there spend 10mins plug it in say nothing you can do and charge for a diagnostics £70. I could do that all day long tbh

Very knowledgeable, helped me tremendously to pin point give advice to where to look on other problem that was there, given good advice. Would recommend and most likely use again
