All went ok, came on time, very friendly and explained his work. He spend time on checking all bolts, suspension elements and engine bay if anything was repaired in the past. He answered all my questions and made sure that I am doing right decision with buying this car. He spend with me about 3hrs.

This was the first time i have used this service and I am so glad it was azhar that went to inspect the vehicle. This was an expensive vehicle and he was extremely thorough in his examination picking up on things i would never even had considered. Everything was backed up with pictures and videos. Not currently being in the UK has forced me to use an inspection service for something I would normally undertake myself, having a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of mechanics (including qualifications). Prior to clickmechanic I had used RAC inspections at a cost of over £300 per inspection, so the price difference (almost 1/3 the cost) was quite welcoming for the limited budget. However, it is clear you absolutely do get what you pay for. I have found my RAC inspections to be incredibly professional, thorough and detailed, with previous inspections taking over 4 hours each. This one was less than 2 hours. I felt that perhaps Azhar's 'lateral thinking' and ability to connect a series of 'problems' (in my opinion) on the car to one larger potential issue was a little bit disturbing, as the main issue I felt with the car was as plain as day to see. That said, the photos provided along with written descriptions of another point raised allowed me to make an educated decision and join the dots fairly easily and avoid a purchase which I felt would very shortly cost me a sizeable sum to rectify. I would still use clickmechanic again as I felt that the cost is more palatable than the AA or RAC costs, although not as thorough. And as long as the photos provided are comprehensive enough there should be no problem. I would have slight concern for those customers who have zero mechanical knowledge though. Read more

Azhar was amazing in every way. I could not be more happy with the service he provided. He knows his stuff and was able to highlight any faults. The communication between us both was great - Azhar always phoned me if he has missed my call. He answered all my queries with ease and was able to explain everything in a simplistic manner to help me understand fully. I have never used such a service before, however, I will now ALWAYS use click mechanic going forward for peace of mind. Worth every penny. Azhar was 5 star - faultless.
