Mechanic was very polite and friendly. He managed to diagnose the problem and despite being unable to fix the issue (car unmoveable and needed major surgery) , arranged for my car to be taken to my local garage where they carried out the work

After an initial set back with my first ever use of Click Mechanic when the mechanic was unable to attend the call out I had just about lost faith in what I thought was a too good to be true app. I called customer services who were extremely apologetic and arranged for another mechanic, Azhar to service my car and change the timing belt. Azhar picked this Job up at seriously short notice and when I dropped the car off with him at around 4pm I was almost sure the work would not be completed on the same day. I was wrong, the guy worked from 6 till 11 on the car completing a full service and timing belt change out of hours to ensure I got my car back the same day and even had the professionalism to keep me updated of the progress and drop my car off at my house so that I had it for work the next day. After my experience with the first mechanic I was almost sure I would never use this service again but after Azhar’s dedication, professionalism and get it done approach I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Excellent service outstanding mechanic very thorough and kept me well informed on what he was on to. Have already recommended to anyone who asks and will continue to recommend. Great quality service beats any other price anywhere and prob got a better job done.

Although car was not repaired as it was running perfectly for 2 days prior he inspected the car and found no obvious faults and suspected the fuel filter as the issue and suggiested to replace it which sounded simple easy and cheap to do
He did however leave his contact details and said he would come back if fault continued very friendly and helpful and honest
