Pat was a really nice guy to deal with. He was very calm, knowledgable and professional. Communication was good and he let me know when the work was completed and when he was on his way back to return my car. I also appreciated that he took the time to discuss the service he'd carried out and gave me some pointers on any potential future issues to look out for with the car.
