Unfortunately the mechanic wasn't able to turn up on the scheduled time on the day but contacted me to arrange a convenient time later on in the evening. When he did arrive he just got on and did a great job. It's a definite plus for the convenience factor.

Had Pem not hit a problem I'm sure my car would've been fixed on the Monday. It took a while to get done but fair play to him, he turned up at 9.30pm on the Thursday to finish the repair.

Communicated when in the time slot he would arrive. I had to ring him tho for a final update after work had been carried out.

Pem replaced the clutch in my wife's elderly Corsa. However the new clutch and release bearing has not cured the noise which disturbs my wife.

I have rated the quality of Pem's work as on star because I need to see the outcome first. I am expecting to rate the work as 5 star eventually.
