A very poor service. I was not aware that my vehicle would be simply taken away to an unknown destination. I had to fill the tank and prepare my car for this unexpected and extra journey. Poor communication and not at all what I expected. A very stressful experience with ClickMechanic. I would not recommend this company.

Misleading advertising. One thing on the website and a different thing when your car is fix or serviced. I called them to know what's wrong and they give unreasonable excuse. Don't expect what's stated on website to be same service that is offered. It's complete misleading for those who have less knowledge about car fixing or servicing or who have less time to go through what the mechanic did.

Ash is a delightful young man, I was pleased to have met him. He was very prompt and kept me informed of progress throughout. He also took a series of photos of the works with which he verified the works done on my car, to my satisfaction. Great job,

Can't recommend Ash enough. Had accepted the job within a couple minutes. Contacted me with an ETA and was punctual perfectly on-time. Cracked on with the job straight away and had finished the replacing both front brake discs, pads and wear sensor within an hour. Car feels new again all done at the comfort of my own home. Am I going to call Ash for any future work? Most definitely. Top service.
