I studied at City College in Birmingham and received my City & Guilds up to level 3 qualifications, after gaining my qualifications I have worked in the family business called AAR Servicing And Accident Repair Group with over 45 years experience and have been here for about 7 years. The business caters for all makes/models and can tackle all repairs. You will see either myself Ash or one of our technicians from the garage on the mobile repairs and if we need to bring your repairs back to our garage we will let you know in advance.

from now on I will be using Ash for any work that my car may need in the future. Ash is very trustworthy and honest, I dnt know much about cars but asked if my break pedal could be changed he advised me that it doesn’t need to be changed for a while so helped me save some costs. All work carried out by Ash is of high standards therefore I would recommend hiring Ash for any car trouble he is simply the best

No work was done really. Problem still there. I thought it may be best to change battery but he suggested against this & paid battery return charges plus service fees (for nothing), next day problem re-appeared. So I just wasted my money(probably not his fault though I still think I should have just changed the battery)

Hi, Thank you for the feedback. Our engineer did mention to you the alternator on the vehicle is weak which would need reconditioning or replaced with a new unit.

The vehicle was checked on the 12th of January and we did not hear back from you since the 12th of January.

I believe the review is unfair as the engineer did arrive on time and he did checked the voltage of the alternator which was weak.

Regards
