They were good, a bit slow to actually communicate with me and I am completely perplexed on how they found my car considering I wasn't parked outside my house. But otherwise, the service was great, and they were great to do it in a day.

The garage was very good, picked the car up on time, kept me informed of the work required and was very concerned that he would not be able to get the car back the same day. This was not a problem to me as I was not in a rush to get my car. Only small blip I was charged £20 for the collection and I had not asked for a specific time for collection. Will definitely use click mechanic again.

A driver picked up and returned my car.
On checking the engine, I noticed that the engine coolant container was very low even though I was charged for the fluid.
I phoned the company and they sent the driver with a mechanic who explained that the coolant level dropped as a result of driving the car back to me (???).
Anyway he suggested that I top it up with water which I did...
This is my review: I felt disappointed when I looked in the engine on return but accepted what the mechanic said after he came and looked at the car...
