Had a major service and MOT. They called me up day before to confirm a time slot to collect the car and came on time. Called me a couple of hours later to say MOT was fine and just needed a new tyre. Charged me £126 for a budget tyre which is a bit expensive. Car was dropped off a few hours later which was good but I had nothing about the service itself. No video and only a generic ClickMechanic form to say what had been checked. I would expect for the price I paid to have been at least given a rundown on some of what they did. As it stands, I'm not super convinced that a service actually took place!
They were very friendly though and I appreciate their promptness.

Hi not to happy,the car went in for m.o.t today front brake pads and Ball joint replaced but says on the certificate the cover can I have this clarified, also I told the mechanic there’s is a knocking noise, then the car comes back the same, how is this a pass when there is a knocking noise and the mechanic told me when he dropped it off that could be the shock absorber this is supposed to be checked in a m.o.t

I couldn't get in contact with them until the day before, they said they wanted to collect it that night but didn't turn up till 10.30 am the next day, half an hour after the time slot they gave me on click mechanic. When they phoned to say the car was ready they made a very rude comment about how dirty the car was.

They were brilliant, very punctual and keep me updated constantly. Also dropped the car back early!

I'm currently waiting for my car to be delivered back to me but for the price and the work that had to done on it I'll 100% be using you in future and will recommend you all day longgoo

The mechanic was friendly and excellent communication and I am very happy with the work they carried out. I definitely recommend them.

I have been charged £250.00 for a job not resolved.. I have a DPF issue which I asked to be looked at due to a heavy work load unfortunately I couldn’t check it myself as I am a technician by trade, I specifically asked for three operations to be carried out which was not namely to remove and check the adblue injector and remove the fuel vaporisers as these are known for being blocked as well as a static DPF clean.. My question is how can you condemn a PDF filter if you haven’t checked other areas?? This is why I am not satisfied with this service as the diagnostic codes given indicate if you know what you are doing that these areas must be checked first and be within set parameters….
