Yes, friendly and knowledgeable. Being an ex petrol head & retired marine engineer, James spent some time answering my questions and explaining to me some of the technicalities of the work carried out.

I'm usually terrified by mechanics because of past experiences with other garages, and didn't know what to expect from clickmechanic. The man came on time, was really nice, car wouldn't start because of the starter motor. He said he can fix it as soon as he can go and get the piece, amd gave me the quote instantly. Came back in about 2 hours, fixed it right there where it was parked, and then wow, it worked and I've been driving it every day since. Really hassle free, and quite amazing service. Also he was nice about my hood not opening the normal way, and other few issues my car has here and there🙈😂
Will definitely use again, hopefully not too soon, loooll.
