Jamie was excellent from start to finish. He called me the day before to introduce himself and arrived 30mins before me to the site. He checked the van and talked me through all was he was doing. He was friendly and polite. He also gave me good advise on the van. Jamie was always smiling and asking the seller questions.
Overall, he was the best mechanic l have ever had because he was diligent and excellent in his work.
Jamie was honest and trustworthy and even stayed longer than planned.

All problems identified for a pre purchase inspection. Detailed explanation of the issues and their effects on the vehicle was made easy to understand (even for those with little to no knowledge of cars).

I didn't get to speak with the mechanic. The online fields weren't clear to me which phone number was needed so I put the dealer's phone number twice. However, I did pay for the phone call and he had the dealer's number who's obviously got my contact details so I would have expected the mechanic to make a bit of an effort to get my number and give me a call.

The mechanic found 2 faults which was great, but just ticked good for everything else. The vehicle is just over a year old so I would have expected some to be excellent and maybe some to be fair.

Jamie was great, he rang me beforehand to brief me about the process, he completed a thorough job and then rang me afterwards to explain his findings. As a woman I did not know much about what he was saying! So he offered to call the dealer for me in order to negotiate. Really lovely guy, took the stress out of everything and I’m so pleased I did a pre-purchase inspection. Well worth the money. Thank you Jamie’
