Simon was very good. Constant communication about when he was coming. Called early on Saturday to say why he couldn't come and rescheduled for Monday. Found another issue when looking at the car and managed to sort it there and then by locating the part and going to go get it.

My partner was home to see Simon and said he communicated throughout. I was worried I had ordered the wrong parts but Simon brought with him everything just in case and was open and honest about what exactly needed to be done.
