Excellent service from Jordan , he came to my work place to do an interim service , unfortunately I wasn’t there as I was out delivering but left my keys and he completed the work with photos taken etc

Jordan did exactly what you hope for - fixed the problem and quickly got us going again.

Jordan and his colleague (didn't catch his name🙈) were both great, very polite and knowledgeable/professional and friendly, finding an issue very quickly after arriving other mechanics hadn't picked up on so far.

Got to work quickly and had a nice little chat with both before leaving them to crack on with the job, was advised they couldn't do the additional work needed on the day from fault identified on the live data as needed the part/time to do it and are coming back in a few days to do the additional quoted work.

Good communication, called around an hour before so had notice were on the way and then a follow up call to say they’d accepted the booking later on in the day for the additional work and if any other issues could call him, and they would be back in a few days to finish off. No, useless mechanic, booked in for a dpf clean as i had tried the regeneration myself which i informed the mechanic via message beforehand and he comes and simply tries the regeneration himself, clears the warning messages, couple days later the warning message came back on while driving on motorway, so i drove 50 miles twice at high revs to regen again. Contacted the mechanic, his reply was he is willing to try and deal with the dpf at no extra cost but i don't think i can trust him, he kept the money though so a waste of time and money. Don't bother contacting him.

Fantastic service, great attitude. Couldn’t ask for any more from the mechanic. Explained everything he was doing and double checked all his work.

Arrived on time after job complete explained all done and advice how stop recuring would use again great service.

Very happy with work done. I have an engine light on and Jordan and College fixed issue strait away with there diagnostic kit. Then have a car health check.

They both explained issue and also went through a few questions before work was carried out to get a history of issue.
