Mercedes-Benz A-Class Car Won't Start Inspection

The mechanic was friendly provided me with where the fault was from the diagnostic kit, however it was nothing that I didn't know, maybe I asked for the wrong service as I wanted to know what the specific problem was not a host of where it might be, also half the time the mechanic was on the phone getting advise from another mechanic, so not quite the service I was expecting.

The same way all our diagnostics are conducted once the technician has found a fault, they must then call it in prior to updating the customer to confirm what and why. We find this method useful to save any mis diagnosis. Sorry you was not happy with the service provided. All the best.

Jaguar F-PACE EGR valve replacement

Mechanic was on time, and rectified the fault within an hour.
Pictures were taken of the new part, and when the new part was fitted.
When the work was completed the fault was cleared.
