Rhys attended and carried out the work, but was 45 minutes late for the the booked time of between 8 -10. However this was due to traffic on the way. He communicated this to my wife, as I was unavailable after 9 am, and kept in touch constantly. When hevdidcarrivevhecwas very apologetic and carried out the work in quick time.
