Can't speak highly enough of Junction 1 Motors. Fantastic service. The job itself (clutch change) was done quickly and efficiently. Some minor faults noticed by them have been either put right or highlighted for my attention.

Not happy with being charged £25 priority fee when it wasn’t seen on the dates stated. Also had to drop off and pick van up when the service said it would be picked up and dropped off. Will take these issues further

Very happy with the service & MOT they provided.
They identified a rattling noise when they collected the vehicle (I had heard this also previously), and identified a fault that would have potentially failed the MOT. This was resolved after calling me for approval, at a very reasonable cost and the vehicle was subsequently serviced and flew through its MOT
