Jason was friendly and very professional. He explained to me what he was going to do. He showed me the results of the diagnosis, and it was decided that a new battery was needed. The new battery from the depot and fitted it in the same day. The problem starting my car have gone away. Very happy with the service I received.

I booked Jason to diagnose an intermittent gearbox problem. Having previously spoken to a traditional garage that immediately started talking about a new clutch and/or rebuilding the gearbox, Jason's approach of cleaning out the clutch hydraulics and gear linkages was most refreshing. Early days, but the issue has not recurred yet, so fingers crossed.

Good communication, timely texts to inform me of their location. Promptly sorted the issue, no issues so far! Will definitely choose again.

Jason was brilliant. He arrived in the agreed time frame. Fitted the part required and while testing he noticed that another part needed replacing, he located the part in a local store and collected and fitted the extra part. He explained the issues clearly.
