Ralf was on time did a good job informed of everything and all faults that showed up gave me report also he tested car and I'm pleased with the outcome

Terrific, phoned and came earlier than first available time slot.
Unfortunately diagnostics inconclusive as to what was causing fault, but told most likely and cheapest component to start on
