The team was great! They had a bit of an issue getting a spare part and it took forever coming from Spain in the end, but they kept me updated at all times, has reasonable prices and great service! Will definitely use them again.

Never met the mechanic in person, as the car was collected and returned by a driver. A very polite gentleman.

The car was collected outside the allocated early morning slot time. And the approximately 3 hour job meant I would not receive the car back until late. Stars on punctuality reduced.

After telephoning the garage the car was received back much earlier as I had to travel to Bournemouth.

All good, car came back from an MOT re-energised! Noticeable difference for the better. Slight internal miscommunication on returning the car, as it was a collection and delivery service which couldn't be delivered due to staff shortages, but when I collected it I found out someone was booked already to deliver it. Not an issue for me at the time, but could be if circumstances were different. I would definitely use again though!
