John was terrific, couldn’t have been more helpful. There was an issue with the parts supplied, however John returned my car & happily rescheduled for the following morning. This would obviously have cost him time etc. I am very happy I chose ClickMechanic & got John

After making the initial enquiry, Joao accepted my request for engine oil top-up, filter change, spark plugs etc.
The car was picked up and dropped off the exact time he gave, which was very helpful as I need to go work that evening.

J was very friendly and knowledgable. The only problem was with the cost of the quote not the mechanic. Lesson learnt. No issues with the email communication either. Very friendly.

First engineer I had from ClickMechanic; Dean, was fantastic, communicated clearly and was a real help in answering my questions. My second experience with ClickMechanic was less favourable. He was originally due to arrive on Wednesday, then it was pushed back to Thursday, then it wound up being Saturday. When he arrived, he started work and after half an hour I went out to see how he was getting on. Seemingly he had not got far and when I asked how it was going he said, it was an easy job but he had left the tool he needed at work so it was taking longer... Seeing as myself and the mechanic had been in touch regularly about the job and he knew what was needed, it didn't make much sense to me that he forgot the correct tools.
