Dan was excellent...did a good job...very friendly and professional...happy with the job.

I was initially a little put out because the parts could not be sourced at the price quoted or work carried out at the time initially agreed, but this was communicated to me the day before and the parts were sourced and work carried out later on the same day all be it for a slightly more expensive price. Communication was good and I would use him again.

Mechanic turned up on time and did the work. The click mechanic service was easy to use.
The one disappointing thing is that when the mechanic arrived he informed me that the quote I was given was wrong which increased my bill by £60. Although he told me before he started work it made the quote dearer than another company who could have done the work 2 days earlier. If I had been told before about this I would have used the other, quicker company. I am also left wondering if the price was really £60 different or just the fact that I am a woman makes it easier to bump up the price.

Top bloke. Did a thorough check and got to the route of the problem. Job done.

Completed the work within the suggested two hours, he was friendly, and happy to show me what he had done and the parts replaced. Although he was 90 minutes late he did phone to advise.

Dan was excellent, knowledgable, completed the work in next to no time, and all at the roadside. Would definitely use again.

Second time I have used ClickMechanic and again I wasn't disappointed. Got on with the work, was very polite, pleasant and kept us informed of how the work was progressing. Dan was on time. Worked very fast and in the rain. Showed the parts to my partner that had broken. Only thing was the extra £45.00 for gear box oil that I didn't know about. Thought everything thing was included in the price quoted. If I new this I wouldn't have booked click Mechanic. Lucky I had the money in my account.
