Dan was on time, carried the work out exactly in the time frame quoted and fixed the issue perfectly. Overall I am very pleased with the experience, a lot easier than having to take my car to a garage and having to arrange alternative transport.

Very poor. Turned up two and a half hours after the 11 to 13hrs window I was given. I had to call to find out where he was and it seemed he had no idea who I was or that I had an appointment at all. After a vague diagnosis he advised me he would buy the necessary part, text me to let me know the cost and come the following day to complete the work. Needless to say I had no text and no follow up visit. Very disappointed, will not use clickmechanic.com again and will definitely not recommend them.
