I got an appointment for the next day when I booked.Dan, the mechanic actually arrived a few minutes early and in spite of the very cold weather- there were sleet flurries he did the job in almost the exact time specified for the job by ClickMechanic. I was very impressed with the service. The Mechanic was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied and I have saved £130 on the quote I was given by my dealership garage

Turned up within the allotted timeframe, very efficient and friendly service. Very clearly pointed out some issues that would need addressing fairly soon. Will definitely use again.

Dan did a great job and was really clear and helpful when I spoke to him on the phone. There was a bit of an issue with a late rise in the cost but this was soon dealt with and I would happily use both Click Mechanic and Dan again.

The late rise in price was because coolant wasn't included on the ClickMechanic system for the original quote. ClickMechanic said that would amend this on their system. Dan apologised for not picking up on this earlier.

Overall very happy with the service and would definitely consider using it again.

Dan came at very short notice (same morning) to do a pre-purchase inspection on a used van. He was thorough and helpful, pointing out various issues and explaining what might be involved in repairing them (and an idea of how much it could cost). Overall very worthwhile, and great value for money - helped me bargain the price down by more than the cost of the inspection, and added peace of mind as well!
