Dean went above and beyond for my booked pre-purchase inspection. Rang me en route to discuss the car I was purchasing. This was a Category S Yeti 4x4 and I needed independent reassurance that the repairs were of a good professional quality and that this fairly rare car was going to be a good buy with no hidden problems. I was reassured that he has had a lot of experience of this type of car category.
He then rang again after the inspection to see if I needed any clarifications about his report and made a couple of important suggestions to resolve with the dealer before purchase. I now have peace of mind that this really is going to be a great value and safe purchase.
