He was brilliant in all areas: communication; speed of communication; inspection thoroughness; post-inspection call and run through; meticulous (I’m fussy, so glad he was!), yet not over the top; reassuring; full report and photos. This placed me in a very sound position to then contact the dealership and in a reasonable way ask for the snags he detected to be put right, to which all were agreed by the garage and rectified prior my collection day.
