Andy was superb. Easily one of the best mechanics I've ever used. ClickMechanic said that the booking was for between 4pm and 6pm, and Andy arrived bang on 4pm. He explained the work that he was going to do to my little Fiesta and that it should take him about an hour and a half.
An hour and a half later, he finished, as he said he would. He explained a few little issues he had with the car (my suspension springs were being replaced, as the nearside one had collapsed) and that he had rectified them as part of the work. I can't praise Andy enough. He explained everything concisely and didn't give me any techno babble (i'm not mechanically minded) that would have confused me.
