Really instilled confidence in the service - will def use again especially if in Simon's area. The follow up phone call was much appreciated to discuss the report in full. The report was emailed to me so I could read at leisure but the phone calls were icing on the cake and an opportunity to discuss things. Much better than RAC/AA!
