Simon can't acted me the day before to let me know when he would be collecting my car and again on the day to confirm the time. He kept me informed of what was needed so and roughly when the car would be returned after carrying out the work and MOT. After driving the car the day after on a decent run out, very happy with how it's responding and driving. More than happy to recommend Simon and to use him again in future. Due to my mix up over dates for the MOT I was really happy to be able to get next day service especially as I need my car to get to work due to shift patterns too.

Thorough inspection, just what was needed. Battery needed replacing as it was 10 years old and not at the right voltage. Also tried his best to get a check done with the computer despite the many times it failed to the fault of the car.

He was friendly but he didnt complete the diagnostic test that we requested. Told us the fault and then told us to go back on site and request work to be done. If he had actually done the test he would have found it was a fuse problem. It was the difference in costs of a fewpound to a few hundred.
