Really great experience using this site, was a little doubtful but being new ish to the area gave it a go and was so pleased with the communications, friendly manner, promptness and great work from Mick. Will definitely use again.

Excellent service and a very pleasant guy. Not often do I answer the door to a smile. Mick asked about the history of the fault. I left him with it explaining that a local garage had replaced the EGR Valve and hoses. This had solved the problem for a time but the engine light had comeback on not long after. The car had been back to the garage who had been unable to source the problem. Mick went out and found the problem and solved it in 30 minutes. He diagnosed the fault as the EGR vacuum hose not being properly connected. So far so good and the engine management light is still out. Thank you.
