Helpful, with moving the vehicle to the work area as it needed jumping.
Informative, let me know what he was doing, how long it would take and some advice after repair was complete.
Personable, had a quick chat and as a non mechanic made me feel comfortable with what was happening, there are people who would value this style of service as there is a level of anxiety with car repairs.
