Friendly and informative. Unfortunately, although the alternator was changed, it was pointed out that the belt was not turning when the car was stationary which may point to another problem.

Miscommunication via email initially as they weren’t expecting me at the garage but they sorted this out and left me clear of what would be happening.
Tommy missed the 10-12 time slot by half an hour but was in good communication with me and it wasn’t him at fault for the delay.

I was happy to see SBL picked up the work. Job was done efficiently and on time, all good.
