Both personnel I dealt with today were most knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They collected and then delivered my car exactly when they said that they would. The repair was carried out promptly and they even returned the defective parts for my inspection and given an explanation as to their condition.
The whole operation was seamless and well organised.
Overall I am very pleased with this method of maintenance.

WHAT I CAN DO FOR YOU:
I can offer work to a professional standard at a significantly lower price than most garages. An aim to deliver repairs within an agreed timeframe. Or where unforseen issues arise, we offer transparency and to set expectations realistically.
Parts - if additional parts are required as part of the job, I will seek to mitigate the costs for you, not see it as an opportunity for further profits. This may include getting prices from multiple suppliers whilst balancing the cost and time expectations.
Labour - labour costs are fixed generally speaking. If it takes longer than expected due to seized components or additional parts required, labour rates will not be affected. For example, if a bolt has to be cut off and extracted, a sump plug thread repair, a drop link cut off and replaced as part of a spring replacement job.
This however would not always be the case, for example, injectors or glowplugs seized or snapped due to corrosion where a specialist is required to extract; a turbocharger is replaced contaminating the DPF requiring a subsequent clean; a caliper is found to be seized during a brake replacement job and you ask for it to be replaced.
We offer full transparency and have realistic views as to what repairs to recommend. Bushes, tyres etc do naturally deteriorate over time, a slightly cracked bush in itself does not necessarily constitute a need to be replaced for example. We will advice you of such cracking so you are aware it may need replacing in the future, but may not flag as replacement required if theres no excessive play. Each customer has their own views on car maintainance, some like to maintain a like-new vehicle whereas others prolong the life of components. There is no wrong or right answer, as such, any recommendations we do or dont make are solely at the customers discretion. No pressure, no sales tactics, just approve or decline and monitor. Read more
