Hi am sorry to hear this but I was there before the allocated time slot I also diagnosed your car correctly and explained to yourself in detail the problem you have with your car also I turned up to the vehicle with pipes off and pumps fitted to the car where you had tried to change the filter your self and was unsuccessful am sorry you feel this way but I completed the diagnostics and explained everything that was wrong and how to rectify it there for the booking was completed on click mechanic as the diagnostic was complete if you wish you could make a case in the Resolution Centre
